These terms apply to all bookings placed via dtoforger.com.
Inclusions, exclusions and eligibility
Each tour listing states included and excluded services, age and fitness requirements, and group size limits. Special offers state all material conditions.
Booking, payment and cancellation
A deposit reserves your place; full payment is due by the invoice deadline. Cancellations: more than 30 days before departure — full refund minus fee; 15–30 days — 50% refund; less than 15 days — no refund. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or credit.
Traveler responsibilities
You must hold a valid passport, obtain visas, and have travel and medical insurance covering the destination and activities.

Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI; cookies under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" dated 16.12.2020 No. 1089-IX. Advertising is truthful under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" dated 03.07.1996 No. 270/96-ВР. Trader details are disclosed under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" dated 03.09.2015 No. 675-VIII, Article 7.
